Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping — on all orders over $50 (Israel)
  • Standard Shipping — $4.99–$9.99 depending on weight and destination
  • Express Shipping — available at checkout where applicable

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

You can track your order at any time by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. AlphaPaw is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. AlphaPaw is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at ronen160@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ronen160@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Orders that have not arrived within 60 days of the shipment date are eligible for a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
